An alumni of the University of Rajasthan, Sandeep Mukim started his career as a National Sales Manager with Arvind Mills in 1995. In over five years at the textile major, he led a team to achieve the budgeted turnover in the national market. He also identified sales target, developed promotional strategies, analyzed market trends, pricing, monitoring competitor strategies and ways to grow sales performance.
In 2000, he joined Raymond Apparel as GM-Sales and Marketing where he leveraged retail relationships and regularly reviewed distribution efficiency, in addition to managing key accounts and national retail chains. Four years later, he joined Universal Clothing to head the apparel division where he formulated and implemented business strategies for the business.
He rejoined Raymond Apparel in 2005 as GM for Business Development. In this role, he conceptualized the company’s business strategy to enter the women’s wear market segment, and piloted the entry into women’s ethnic and western product line.
A year later, he joined Future Group India as VP-Operations leading the operations for Central and Brand Factory outlets, which measured over 1.6 million sq ft retail space then. In 2011, he was appointed the MD of Proline India, where he endeavors to create value for all stakeholders.
